The Thick of It posted by Richard Seymour
I was going to write a review of The Shock Doctrine, but it needs a bit more time. Anyway, it's a Friday night, so I thought you'd like a bit of political decrepitude. The BBC's series The Thick of It is obviously facing a few difficulties now that Chris Langham has gone and had himself done for looking at child pornography on the internet (for 'research' purposes). It doesn't really have any politics (or it does, but they're centrist), but it has been co-written by people in the know and does feel real. Aside from which, it is enjoyably sweary. Here's a sample:The whole series is available on Youtube.
