With one of eleven regions counted, Respect has taken 4.8% of the vote. Don't know which region this is, so it is hard to tell whether this augurs well or not. We certainly would expect better in London, the West Midlands and Yorkshire Suffice to say, UKIP has taken a seat, but so have the Greens.I expect the Greens to poll strongly tonight, so hopefully they'll pick themselves up and realise that a date with Respect could have been so much more fun...
